Outspark community,
Due to a hardware failure at our colocation facility we experienced an outage in our website and services on Saturday, March 20th during the afternoon and evening hours.
We would like to express our apologies to the Outspark community as we do our utmost to achieve the highest level of gameplay quality and service. As a result of this recent incident, we will be extending all time-based items by 12 hours, and will be providing an additional EXP bonus to all those who play this upcoming weekend.
We will continue to strive in bringing you the services that we’ve all come to enjoy on a daily basis and we thank you all for your participation in our community.
