We’re aware of a Mabinogi installation issue that Kaspersky anti-virus users are facing. If you
are trying to install Mabinogi for the first time, or re-installing
a fresh copy of Mabinogi, you will need to temporarily disable Kaspersky
during the installation process. We are actively working with Kaspersky to
resolve the issue, in the meantime, please try installing Mabinogi
with Kaspersky disabled.
