TQ Point Card Paypal Purchase Rules Revised!

Attention Players,
To enhance our payment security and fraud protection, the TQ team has revised the TQ Point Card Paypal purchase rules. A new verification process will be implemented from today onward.
1. For the First Time Buyers: Codes will be delivered 3 hours after the initial payment.
2. For Normal Buyers who have a Paypal customer history with TQ Digital less than 6 month, codes will be delivered 15 minutes after the payment.
3. For Normal Buyers who have at least 6+ months with TQ Digital of PayPal customer history, codes will be delivered right after the payment.
