There is a serious phishing scam being perpetrated right now that can seriously compromise your account security. We have heard reports that scammers are sending emails claiming that your password has been changed. They may ask you to log into a fake website to ‘update’ your account in an attempt to steal your login information.
If you are careful about a few simple rules, you will keep all your information safe.
1: Free Realms and SOE employees will never ask you for your password! Never. Not even once.
2: When logging into our Customer Service web site, please double check the URL of the site that you are being asked to access. The legitimate webpage will have this URL: https://auth.station.sony.com. Please do not enter your information on any other site, as it is not secure.
